Butte County Association of Governments and Butte Regional Transit follow the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the California Public Records Act (Govt. Code Sections 7920.000-7931.000 - effective 1/1/2023) regulations when responding to any Public Information Request (PIR).
