Board meetings are open to the public and are held the 4th Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. November and December are combined and held the second Thursday after Thanksgiving, either the first or second week in December. Cancellation of meetings are posted as required.

The BCAG Board of Directors acts as the Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Regional Transportation Planning Agency and Butte Regional Transit policy board.
