Board Meetings
Board of Directors meetings can be attended in several ways:
- In person meetings held at the Board chambers (Building E).
- Via Zoom Video Conferencing. Zoom meeting information is provided in the "Full Agenda" links below for the respective meeting.
- Via cell phone or landline. Meeting phone number is listed in the "Full Agenda" links below for the respective meeting.
Public comments on agenda items may be sent via email at any time before or during a Board meeting to board@bcag.org. Please include in the subject line of the email 1) the agenda item number you'd like to comment on, or 2) if you are making a general comment unrelated to a specific agenda item, please state that it is a general Board meeting comment.
General comments will be addressed during the "Items From the Floor" portion of the meeting. Action on general comments will be considered for inclusion on a future agenda of a regularly scheduled BCAG Board of Directors meeting.
